Quantum Brewery strives to be as ecologically sustainable as we possibly can, constantly seeking opportunities for every by-product to be transformed into another product – spent grain biscuits, spent yeast fertiliser, mega worm farms are just some of our plans. We’d love you to come and share your thoughts and ideas with us as we explore the exciting options.
Or simply come and enjoy an old factory experience in our spruced up Quantum Brewery, sample our smooth beers and relax at the mezzanine bar overlooking the brewery operations.
Local tip: Our cool beer paddles are best accompanied by our freshly made pizza and cheese platters. Or if you're a dark beer lover, these go down especially well with our legendary chocolate brownies.
Our brewery experience is led by our brewer and owner of the Moruya Artisan Factory, Sue Melotte. The experience starts with a cheese factory potted history and behind the scenes brewery tour that includes learning how to make beer from the raw materials to the final beer. We conduct a beer tasting of the beers on tap in the brewery, then wind up the experience with a pizza and cheese platter relaxing in the GraniteTown CafeBar.
Keita Lager • ABV 3.5%
Brewed & conditioned at low temperature. Smooth, elegant, crisp, clean and refreshing.
Columbus Pale • ABV 4.5%
Pale malty flavour with woody, light floral Challenger hops.
Remy Dark • ABV 5.8%
Malty, chocolate dark ale, the hops challenge but the dark chocolate malt shines through.
Tisha Stout • ABV 8%
Deceptive Imperial, dark chocolate oatmeal but not heavy, beware the hi alc kick.
