ABOUT US

What we are

A quality brewery and food venue (that loves coffee too). The Moruya Artisan Factory is set in the iconic historical building, the Old Moruya Cheese Factory built in 1930.  After 50 years of private ownership, the Moruya Cheese Factory is now home to Quantum Brewery and GraniteTown CafeBar.

Offering more than an experience you can sit among our beautiful gardens in our stunning outdoor space. Inside the CafeBar you are surrounded by interesting vintage artifacts and memorabilia. Or take in the amazing views from the mezzanine CafeBar which looks over Quantum Brewery.

It is well worth a visit to see the sympathetic preservation of a significant historical building and the blending of the fabulous one-of-a-kind building into the next era. The fusion of the Old Moruya Cheese Factory and the new GraniteTown CafeBar and Quantum Brewery is open to the community for all to enjoy.

Where are we

We are located in Moruya in the beautiful Eurobodalla shire just 2.5hrs from Canberra and a short 1km walk from the heart of Moruya township. The Moruya Artisan Factory offers an insight into a significant local heritage building of the booming dairy industry of the 1930's to 60's. A time when The Old Moruya Cheese Factory stood shoulder to shoulder with Tilba and Bega Cheese Factories.

Pay it forward

Help us support our community's veterans and emergency workers (eg. police, ambulance, fire). We offer a pay it forward opportunity, simply purchase an additional coffee and we will pay it forward to one of our uniformed first responders.
