NSW’s listed famous heritage building that once stood as a cheese factory, the historic “The Old Moruya Cheese Factory” is now house to Quantum Brewery Moruya.
Offering a unique south coast experience, you can sit among our beautiful gardens in our stunning outdoor space, or relax inside the Bar while being surrounded by vintage artefacts and memorabilia which all tell a story.
It is well worth a visit to see the preservation of a significant historical building and the blending of a one-of-a-kind building into the next era of Brewing. The fusion of the Old Moruya Cheese Factory and the new Quantum Brewery Moruya is open to the community for all to enjoy.
