Bohemian-style pizzazz. As golden as the late arvo sun, crisp with late bitter finish.

Malty, chocolate dark ale, the hops challenge but the dark chocolate malt shines through.
Keita Lager • ABV 3.5%
Brewed & conditioned at low temperature. Smooth, elegant, crisp, clean and refreshing.
Columbus Pale • ABV 4.5%
Pale malty flavour with woody, light floral Challenger hops.
Tisha Stout • ABV 8%
Deceptive Imperial, dark chocolate oatmeal but not heavy, beware the hi alc kick.

Brewery Tour
Our brewery tour is led by our Quantum Scientist (brewer & distiller) and owner of the Quantum Brewery & Distillery, Sue Melotte.
The tour starts with a cheese factory potted history of the heritage listed Old Moruya Cheese Factory followed by a behind-the-scenes brewery tour that includes learning how to make beer from the raw materials to the final beer.
We conduct a beer tasting of the beers on tap in the brewery, then you can wind up the experience with a pizza or platter relaxing in the CafeBar.

Through smart technology we improve our craft beers & spirits a batch at a time, whilst striving to be as ecologically sustainable as we possibly can, constantly seeking opportunities for every by-product to be transformed into another product - spent grain biscuits, spent yeast fertiliser, and worm farms are just some of our plans. We would love you to come and share your thoughts and ideas with us as we explore exciting options.
